4.1 Registration Process

• Users can register for multiple events and create multiple registrations per event
• Each registration receives a unique 6-digit sequential ID
• Registrations can be saved as drafts before payment completion
• QR codes are generated for verified participants

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Razorpay and Pine Labs
• All fees must be paid in full before event participation
• Payment confirmation is required for final registration
• Registrations cannot be modified after payment completion

4.3 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within the specified time window
• Refunds are subject to administrative approval
• Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts
• Refund availability is controlled by event organizers

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Post or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Violate the spiritual and respectful nature of our community
